Empowered Wellness group aims to expand access of integrative health solutions to survivors of trauma through collaboration and volunteer services, working closely with providers to coordinate care and meet client goals.
Essentia Yoga Therapy embraces the profound connection between mind, body, and soul. True wellness goes beyond mere physicality; it encompasses every facet of our being; our experiences, illnesses, and mental health are all influenced by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and how we understand our body.
At Whole Health Yoga Therapy, I provide compassionate, holistic care using the guiding principles of yoga to empower individuals to reach their goals.
Amanda has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2017. She has earned her Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy and is certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). 
Her approach is always client-centered, trauma-informed, and personally tailored to each client's goals.
Every session brings you closer towards engaging with life in a more meaningful way. Learn how to actually experience your feelings to be able to inhabit your body in a more kind and compassionate way.

Suzanne believes wisdom lives in our bodies, hearts, and minds. She teaches yoga to share tools that can help students tap into their natural wisdom and become the change they wish to see in the world. She desires her classes to be a space of play, joy, contemplation, release, and renewal.
