My qualifications include an M.A. in Counseling, M.S. in Clinical Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT, 500 RYT, Strategic Intervention Coaching, certified in trauma-informed and somatic yoga, and certified Trauma-Sensitive Heart Math Practioner.
